Located in the serene coastal enclave of Dana Point, this white modern coastal kitchen is a refined reflection of architect Mark Singer’s award-winning legacy. Known for his contemporary designs that blur the boundary between indoors and the natural world, Singer’s vision guided every element of this kitchen renovation in Dana Point.
The space is clean, minimal, and deeply connected to its environment, with an open layout that invites in ocean breezes and floods of Southern California sunlight.
Crafted as part of a larger remodel project, the kitchen design preserves the iconic, legendary style that Mark Singer is known for. To honor that aesthetic, we carefully selected Bossa Walnut and Classic FS Mohair, accented with a touch of Pearl Opal.

This white modern coastal kitchen was designed for modern living, striking in appearance yet thoughtfully practical. Facing the ocean, the kitchen is oriented to capture the natural beauty of its surroundings, with a calming palette that includes soft blues inspired by the sea.
These hues seamlessly connect the interior with the breathtaking coastal views, infusing the space with tranquility.
The renovation also preserves elements of the home’s Old World character. Authentic, antique materials are juxtaposed with sleek, modern kitchen technologies, creating a one-of-a-kind harmony of past and present.
